Until the developers change their policy and allow reregistration of old devices and reregistration of current ones, I would recommend that buyer think very seriously about the value of this product. In the spirit of friendship I pointed out this anomaly to the software developers and suggested they allow reregistration and reregistration in the way that many app developers do, to allow their updated devices to be covered by the "lifetime" license. For me, effectively, this meant buying a "lifetime" family license in March 2020, I had to purchase another "lifetime" family license in January of this year when I had need of the app.
